- Aggiungete dell'acqua (circa 300ml), abbassate la fiamma e lasciate cuocere la zucca per circa 15 minuti.
- Appena completata la cottura frullate la zucca per bene fino ad ottenere una vera e propria crema.
- In una pentola preparate l'acqua per cuocere gli gnocchi e nel frattempo in una padella antiaderente abbrustolite con un filo d'olio d'oliva lo speck tagliato a striscioline.
- Cuocete e scolate gli gnocchi, aggiungete la crema di Zucca e lo speck.
- Amalgamate per bene il tutto e servite con un'abbondante spolverata di granella di pistacchio.
