- Fill each cup half way with egg mixture than the hotdogs.
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

If you reserved any cheese, sprinkle it on top of the frittatas now. I should have used muffin tin liners, LOL! It's going to take ages to clean the muffin pan! Other than that, though, the frittatas are fantastic! As I said, I didn't use zucchini (not in season).
