- Kemudian masukkan irisan wortel dn tambahkan air 200 ml. masak kurleb 10 menit agar tekstur wortel lebih lembut
- Setelah itu masukkan saus tomat, garam, penyedap rasa, dan gula. aduk hingga merata. koreksi rasa lalu tambahkan tomat dan nanas. kemudian tambahkan tepung maizena yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air. aduk rata hingga mengental dan masukkan fillet yang telah selesai di goreng ke dalam saus asam manis.
