- Put oil or crisco in pan and turn heat up to low-medium
- Warm up a few tortillas (about 5 at a time) in the microwave for 30-60 seconds (cover with Damp paper towel to not dry them out)
- Roll a small amount of chicken in one tortilla. Repeat.
- Now the oil or crisco should be hot enough. Place each rolled tortilla in pan with fold side Down
- Turn each tortilla when browned on one side. Keep turning them until they are golden brown.
- You can place on a strainer to avoid any excess oil
