Instructions to make Pavlova:
  1. Preheat the Oven to 120 deg C F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Beat egg whites n sugar until stiff peaks form. The mixture will be smooth and glossy.
  3. Add lemon juice, and vanilla essence and cornflour and continue mixing until well blended.
  4. Transfer immediately to  the baking tray and use spatula to form a ring shape, making a deep indent in the middle. The centre will rise so make a substantial well in the center.
  5. Bake till sides are done and crusty..may take upoto 45mins - 1 hr dependin on ur oven..Remove pavlova from oven and let cool completely to room temp then top it with your favorite topping. 👍👍👍
