- After mixing for around 30 seconds mix the spaghetti and the contents in the pan. At this point the heat should be off. Stir well so as to prevent the eggs from cooking.
- Pour contents to dish for serving. Garnish with the rest of the parmigiano, black pepper and now add the fresh chopped tomatoes.

Serve immediately with a little sprinkling of the remaining cheese and a grating of black pepper.
