- Cover the pan pressure cooker with lid. Cook for 3 whistles.Cool for 5mins before opening.
- Drain the water from cooked red pumpkin., capsicum,onion pieces.
- Grind Cooked red pumpkin, capsicum onion pieces in mixer grinder..to smooth paste.
- Add this prepared red pumpkin capsicum onion paste..again In non stick pan pressure Cooker.On the flame..add the drained water stock from cooked red pumpkin capsicum Onion.
- Mix well.Add White Pepper powder.and Salt to taste(if necessary). Simmer for 2mins.
- Relish &serve hot red pumpkin soup.by garnishing with 1/2 tsp fresh cream.
