- To make tiramisu cream add hung curd, whipped cream and 3 tbsp of custard mixture, mix it well. Then add this mixture in piping bag.
- Cut sponge cake slices according to serving glass.
- Soak sponge cake slices in coffee components. Then arrange it in serving glass to make first layer.
- Pipe the cream on sponge cake layer to make another layer.
- Make all layer one by one like this.
- Dust the cocoa powder on the top of cream layer. Garnish it with mint leaves and keep it in refrigerator, then serve it cool cool.
