- Take 200 gm Sugar

I served mine in a hollowed-out kiwi half, but this would be just lovely in any type of dessert dish or clear shot glass. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Process kiwifruit and lemon zest in food processor until just blended. Peel and finely chop the kiwis.
Steps to make Kiwi Granita:
- Blend kiwi, sugar, salt in a jar strain in a tray & than freeze it.
- Take out freezed tray & crush the kiwi ice with fork & put in a serving glass.
- Add cumin seeds & sprinkle chaat masala on top with some kiwi garnish & than your kiwi granita is ready.
- Serve it chilled.
Add the cooled sugar syrup and lime juice. Blended with a spicy ginger syrup, fragrant mint and zingy lime, this refreshing frozen pud is sure to impress. Cover and chill until ready to serve. To serve, divide granita among bowls; top with fruit and sesame seeds. Peel and puree kiwi fruit to make one cup.
