  4. Add water little by little and whisk to smooth thick batter
  5. Fill in ketchup bottle or piping bag with small hole nozzle
  6. Shallow fry in oil/ghee piping into skimmer which is dipped in oil into jalebi shapes and release them in oil/ghee
  7. When one side done turn the other side
  8. Strain and put in chasni, remove jalebis with other skimmer on a platter
  9. Keep on making jalebis same manner till all done
  10. Garnish with almond and pistachio flakes
  11. When cooled down keep in airtight containers
