- Take All purpose flour in a bowl and add the crushed udad Dal and curd
- Mix it well
- Add water and mix it well
- Keep it for 5 to 6 hours
- Take sugar in a pan and add water and heat it till it is of 1tar
- Then add cardamom powder and kesar to it
- Switch off the gas
- Keep ghee in a pan (kadai) for heating
- Take the amul bag of milk and wash it and then take the khiru in the bag and cut it from the corner and then add the khiru in the heated ghee in the shape of the jalebi. Keep the flame medium
- Cook it till it is golden colour
- Then sip it in the chasni for 3 to 4 minutes
- Then serve it and garnish it with pista and rose petals
