Now add all the ingredients of the batter…heat oil in a kadhai…keep the gas in low flame…fill the batter in a milk packet…cut the end and start making jalebis….while u r making jalebis the gas should be in a low flame…once it starts coming up medium the gas flame…once the jalebi is golden brown and crispy…soak it in sugar syrup
  3. Garnish it with pistachio and serve hot
