  1. Peel d pumpkin and dice,wash n put in a pot,add washed beef wt water n bring 2 boil.
  2. Add oil 2 a pot,pour in ur blended tomatoes, scotch bonnet n onion,stir fry,add ground spices in the process.
  3. Mash ur pumkin and pour in into the pot add ur beef n stock,add seasoning cube and bring 2 boil.
  4. Add in ur finely cut n well washed spinach n onions and allow 2 simmer 4 five mins.

In a medium pan, mix crumbled Knorr cubes, the meat, garlic, onions, atarodo thyme and curry. Add enough water to just cover the meat. When the meat is soft add the pumpkin, tomatoes and locust beans. Cook until the pumpkin flesh is soft and then add the spinach. This is soup is ready when the liquid from the spinach has dried out.
