  5. Stir fry for few minutes to dissolve lumps
  6. Add water gradually and then the two steamed protein stock
  7. Allow to simmer for a while, taste for salt
  8. Add the diced pumpkin leaves and bring down after few seconds

Ogbono soup is also known as draw soup or apon among the Yoruba people. It is a Nigerian soup made from ground ogbono seed (bush mango seeds) added to pre-cooked meat or fish.
