- Now add in batches two times half & half by using cut & fold method as usual for the cake batter do not over mix just fold it till it’s mixed properly

- Now just pop it into the microwave oven for 2 minutes then remove it again pop it for two more minutes it must be ready just add a butter knife to check it must be dry & the top of cake looks matted do not over cook otherwise it will be hard
- Once it has come to room temperature milk brush the top to keep it moist & gooey set it on wire rack for about an hour then chop the cake in a layer then I added the middle layer with ice cream then the frosting with the whisked cream coffee sugar butter garnish it with walnuts & cake crumbs set it in refrigerator for an hour & it’s ready to be served enjoy the delicious choco walnut cake with multiple flavors in it…!!
