  7. One meat mixture is done, line 13x9x2 baking dish with a thin layer of meat mixture
  8. Add a layer of Lasagna noodles side by side w/o overlapping/touching (you may have to break noodle to fit)
  9. Add 1/2 ricotta mixture -spread evenly
  10. Add 1/2 meat mixture- spread evenly
  11. Add 1/2 Mozzarella- spread evenly
  12. Repeat the layers (noodles, ricotta, meat and mozzarella)
  13. Sprinkle the remaining Romano over top
  14. Cover loosely with foil
  15. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
  16. Remove foil
  17. Continue baking for 15-20 minutes
