- (Note) I m using homemade Mayonnaise if needed follow the recipe first. Sab se behly blender mien egg, white pepper, salt or garlic clove daal kr blend krein. Phir uss mien eik taar se oil drizzle krein. Blender continuously chalny dien.
- Itna k mixture thick ho jaye. Air tight glass container mien daalien or save for many weeks.
- Recipe ~ Boiled the eggs first. Then cut into half. Separate egg yolks and egg whites.
- Add mayonnaise, red crushed chilli, salt and into the egg yolks mix well till tere are no lumps in it. Then add fresh chopped coriander and mix.
- Put the better into the piping bag with nozzle and pipe into the egg whites.
- Peel and cut the potatoes. Wash and mix with salt. Fry into oil till golden and crisp. French frise ready. Serve with deviled eggs.
