  8. Dip cake into coffee water
  9. Place one cake at the bottom of a glass
  10. Add coffee water over it
  11. Take cream in a bowl, add coffee water
  12. Pour the cream in the glass over the cake
  13. Place another cake in the glass
  14. Now add whipped cream and custard over it
  15. Add coco powder and coffee soaked cake and pour cream over it

It will look a bit "lumpy", being the egg whites, which means your cream mixture is lovely and light. The "lumps" smooth out when you spread the cream, and also while resting overnight. When I saw all the other Tiramisu recipes posted, I was hesitant to add my one. But after looking through them, none were quite like mine. This is the only Tiramisu recipe I have ever made, I found it so good I didn't need to seek out another.
