The ingredients needed to make Crepe's:
  1. Take 1/2 cup krusteaz buttermilk pancake mix
  2. Get 2 eggs
  3. Take 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  4. Take 1 1/2 cup milk

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Heat up a small nonstick skillet on med heat with a dab of butter spread. Pour about 1/4 to 1/3 cup mix in hot skillet. When edges are brown, flip it. Repeat again with dab of butter. Will make about 10 crepe's.
  2. Once done add your favorite fruit, cream cheese, cottage cheese or preserves. Be creative.

It gives time for flour to absorb the liquid and the gluten to relax. Traditionally crepes are cooked nearly paper thin, but have to have strength, thus eggs are very important to help them keep their shape.
