- In a khadai add ghee.Then add water and sugar.Add grated coconut and cardamom powder.Sort this for a while till coconut gets coated with sugar and water gets evoparated.
- Cool down the mixture.At this time we can make crepe.Take a non-stick pan.Pour a ladle of crepe mixture and spread all over the pan.Adjust heat so that mixture doesn't crumble.
- When crepe come out slightly from sides take it from pan to a plate.
- Add filling just below center portion of crepe.
- Fold two sides and roll the crepe.
- Serve this with tea.
