Carbonara is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions every day. They are nice and they look wonderful. Carbonara is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

Today I'm sharing with you a recipe to make my favourite pasta dish Spaghetti Carbonara. It's a quick and easy pasta recipe to make that is perfect for. Humble ingredients—eggs, noodles, cheese, and pork—combine to create glossy, glorious pasta carbonara.

The ingredients needed to make Carbonara:
  1. Get 3 Strips Panchetta(Alternatively Bacon(Turkey works)
  2. Prepare 3 cloves Garlic
  3. Prepare 2 Tsp Olive Oil
  4. Prepare Spaghetti(Fresh if at all possible)
  5. Prepare 1/4 Tsp Salt(adjust accordingly)
  6. Make ready 1 Tsp Pepper(adjust accordingly)
  7. Take 2 Eggs Beaten
  8. Make ready Parmesan cheese(optional)

This Creamy Carbonara is a plate of heavenly, creamy pasta. Silky spaghetti with crispy pancetta in a super creamy and cheesy sauce. Simply delicious and so easy to make them at home. Garlic or onion, pecorino or parmesan, bacon or ham, cream or butter - how do you like your carbonara, and what's the secret to getting that perfect consistency?

Steps to make Carbonara:
  1. Bring water to a boil and add your spaghetti. Let that boil until almost cooked, at which point you'll get started on the next steps
  2. Mince the garlic with a knife
  3. Chop the panchetta
  4. Heat up the olive oil in a pan at medium heat, then add the garlic
  5. Stir the garlic and let it cook until browned lightly
  6. Add your panchetta(or Bacon/Turkey)
  7. Stir and cook until browned and almost crispy
  8. Kill the heat and add your cooked spaghetti
  9. Toss and Stir until thoroughly mixed(tongs can be useful here)
  10. Remember do not heat the pan. Add your eggs and stir(this will make up the cream)
  11. Add your parmesan into the mix if you want a cheesy flavour layer(remember it's optional) mix thoroughly to combine
  12. Serve up the dish(Garnish with chives if you want)
