  1. Put the linguine into a pan of boiling water to cook for 10-12 minutes until to your liking. During the latter part of the linguine cooking time proceed as follows:-
  2. Microwave the bacon / gammon for 1½ minutes. Chop into small pieces and transfer to a fry pan sprayed Spray2Cook with on a medium to high heat.

  4. Whisk the eggs with the seasoning.
  5. Drain the cooked linguine and and transfer to the fry pan. Mix well then turn off the heat. Stir through the eggs until they thicken before serving in warmed pasta bowls.
