- Make ready 1cup Sugar-
- Get 1/2cup Water-

- Add Kalunji Masala, black pepper powder,Salt, Fennel Powder, Cardamom Powder,Red Chilli Powder.mix well and boil.
- Boil the mixture,add Mango Pieces and cook until Mango Pieces Cooked completely and mixture becomes thick.now your very Tasty Delicious Galka is Ready.you can store it for long time.
- Galka is Ready.
- FOR KACCHE AAM KI MEETHI CHUTNEY, Take Raw Grated mango.add Salt in the Grated Mango and rest for 10 minutes.then Squeez the water from the Grated Mango.
- Take a Pan add sugar and water. Make a single strain sugar Syrup.
- Sugar Syrup is Squeez the water from the Grated Mango completely.
- Now mix all Spices like, black Salt,red chilli powder, Cardamom powder, Fennel Powder in the squeezed grated mango.now mix this mixture in the sugar Syrup.mix well.kept in any air tight container.
- Kept this container in sunlight for 3/4 days.your Very Tasty Delicious Kacche Aam ki Meethi Chutney is Ready.thanks alot.
