Steps to make Bruschetta Platter:
  1. Prepping the bread:
  2. Slice the baguette into thin roundels(about 12-15 slices)
  3. Place them on a baking tray and drizzle some olive oil on them
  4. Peel and smash the garlic slightly
  5. Rub the crushed garlic on one side of every bread slice
  6. Now bake or grill the bread slices till crisp (about 8-10 minutes)
  7. For guacamole Bruschetta:
  8. Slice,core and scoop out the flesh of the avocado in a bowl
  9. Add seasoning like salt, pepper, cilantro, chilli flakes and Italian herbs
  10. Add 2 tablespoon onion and tomatoes
  11. Drizzle olive oil and juice of 1/2 lemon.mix well
  12. Add a spoonful of the guacamole mix over a toasted slice of bread and garnish with cilantro to finish
  13. For chickpeas Bruschetta:
  14. Mash the chickpeas well in a bowl
  15. Add the common seasoning and 2 tablespoon of onions and tomatoes
  16. Drizzle olive oil and juice of 1/2 a lemon.mix well
  17. Add a spoonful of the chickpeas mix on a toasted slice of bread and garnish with cilantro to finish.
  18. For Classic Bruschetta:
  19. Combine 1 chopped onion and tomato in a bowl
  20. Add all the seasonings, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well
  21. Top a toasted slice of bread with a spoonful of mix to finish
  22. For caprese Bruschetta:
  23. Add a spoonful of classic Bruschetta mix on a toast and top with some cheese
  24. Microwave till the cheese melts and it’s ready
