- Take 1 tsp corn flour
- Take 1 pinch salt

- Take a bowl add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, water and mix well to make thin batter

- Heat little oil on pan and wipe out with tissue
- Pour one ladlefull batter, rotate it and cook it for 30 sec and transfer it to the plate
- Take a bowl add mango cubes and castor sugar and mix it
- Place mango mixture into crepe and fold it into triangle shape
- Heat another pan and melt sugar, once sugar is caramelized add 1tsp mango pulp and mix it.
- Take serving plate arrange stuffed mango crepes and pour caramelized syrup and garnish with mango cubes and serve.
