  1. Take Sugar,water, lemon juice, make thick syrup like honey consistency (without thread)
  2. Take maida, salt, melted butter, baking powder mix it,add little by little milk..make soft dough..keep it side for 15 min.
  3. Knead the dough for 1 min,make balls,flat roll it..make very thin roti,cut in to triangle shape..fold it make pleated.m sprinkle crushed nuts and fold it….bake it for 45 min to 1 hr.
  4. Pour sugar syrup on hot baklava…keep it for 6 to 7 hrs for good result…thank you
