- Quand le mélange est homogène, ajouter enfin le beurre fondu.et mélanger bien l'ensemble.
- Beurrer un grand plat allant au four, déposer les pruneaux au fond du plat et verser la pâte par dessus.
- Enfourner dans le four préchauffé à 240°C pendant 10 min, puis baisser la température à 180°C, et poursuivre la cuisson 50 min (moi ça a duré un peu plus, tout dépend des fours, mais vérifier la cuisson avec un couteau).

Far is a recipe for clafoutis in Bretagne, of which there are several variants. It's called farz prov (far in the oven) in Breton. Themost famous is with prunes, although traditionally far do not have any.
