  3. Pendant le temps de leur trempette, préparer l'appareil : - - Dans un grand saladier, verser la farine, et y faire un puits au centre. - - Casser-y les œufs, et verser le sucre. Mélanger délicatement, puis délayer tout en versant le lait doucement, en fouettant sans cesse.
  4. Quand le mélange est homogène, ajouter enfin le beurre fondu.et mélanger bien l'ensemble.
  5. Beurrer un grand plat allant au four, déposer les pruneaux au fond du plat et verser la pâte par dessus.
  6. Enfourner dans le four préchauffé à 240°C pendant 10 min, puis baisser la température à 180°C, et poursuivre la cuisson 50 min (moi ça a duré un peu plus, tout dépend des fours, mais vérifier la cuisson avec un couteau).
