  3. Verser la pâte dans un moule beurré. Filmer ce moule et le mettre au frais 30 min. Préchauffer le four à 180°C. Enfourner le moule à 180°C et cuire pendant 35 à 45 min selon la taille et la forme du moule. Vérifier la cuisson à la pointe d'un couteau (elle doit ressortir propre). Laisser refroidir quelques minutes et démouler. Faire refroidir sur grille. Déguster :=)
