- Lavez et faites cuire les pommes de terre à la vapeur. Épluchez-les et coupez en rondelles. Réservez. - - Faites griller les lardons dans une poêle bien chaude. - - Prenez une galette, déposez une grosse cuiller de crème fraiche. Parsemez de ciboulette ciselée. - - Déposez les rondelles de pommes de terre, puis les lardons. - - Coupez des morceaux de reblochon (environ 0,5 cm d'épaisseur) et recouvrez les pommes de terre. - - Refermez la crèpe en rabattant les 4 côtés sur la garniture.
- Enfournez dans un four préchauffé à 180° pendant une vingtaine de minutes, le temps que le fromage ait bien fondu. - - Servez bien chaud avec une salade verte.
