Ici, ajouter des champignons coupés finement en tranche et cru sur la moitié des tartines. Ajouter de la coppa roulée en cône sur l'autre moitié. Ciseler un peu de basilic frais et disposer sur l'ensemble des tartines. Râper rapidement du parmesan au dessus du plat.
