- Sortie le pain du four, enlever les gousses d'ail qui pourront servir de toppings pour ceux qui aime. Tartiner de compote de tomates cerises. Ici, ajouter des champignons coupés finement en tranche et cru sur la moitié des tartines. Ajouter de la coppa roulée en cône sur l'autre moitié. Ciseler un peu de basilic frais et disposer sur l'ensemble des tartines. Râper rapidement du parmesan au dessus du plat.
